Requirments and Specifications
Client requirement is that they have normal traditional electrical meters, which runs with the protocol of DLMS (Device Language message specification). They want to replace with smart electrical meters, but it will be expensive and old meters will be unutilized and it will be waste. Client wants to replace with smart meter with less expense and without wasting older meters
Solutions and Deliveriables
We have given solution for this. we have developed the modem which connects to the traditional Electrical meter it will work like a smart meter. We have developed this modem by using the stm32 microcontroller and GSM modem. We have developed DLMS stack and ported into the board which will read the utility data from meter by using communication protocol and GSM modem sending data to the cloud and displayed on the dashboard. By using the time intervals, we use to read the various data from the meter.
